Please note that once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes. In the event that your order is shipped, any lost or missing items are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your order is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address, you will need to pay for shipping again for us to resend your items. If you would like a refund for your order, please note that the shipping fee will not be included in the refund.
