Notes & FAQs

• Please upload your platform QR code when ordering (there’s an upload field at checkout). If you don’t have one, no stress — we’ll create one for you using your link.
• QR code on the back so your profile can be accessed by both NFC tap and QR scan.
• Some older devices may not support NFC, but the QR code ensures your keyring still works everywhere.
• As these are personalised, refunds are not available unless the item is faulty.

📲 Where to Tap?

Most modern smartphones have built-in NFC readers, but the exact location can vary:

• iPhone(iPhone XS and newer):
  Tap near the top center of the back of the phone.
• Android:
  Tap around the middle or upper back of the phone — chip placement varies slightly depending on the model.

If it doesn’t read right away, try slowly moving the keyring around the back of your phone until the link pops up!

Tip: Make sure NFC is enabled in your settings if you're using an Android device.

NFC tags can be reprogrammed using the free app "NFC Tools" on both Android and iPhone if there are any issues with reading tags programmed on an iPhone.
