What you need to know when purchasing:
If you do not have a print-ready design/logo and would like us to prepare it for you, please place your order with the “design help” option. If you have ready-to-print designs: please send us the actual file where this design was made, if possible. For example, if you made this design in Canva, send Canva link file set as “public view link”

when sending the image or logo for your Table Runner make sure it's in PNG format with a transparent background, and a DPI Resolution of 300 or a size of 3000x3000 Pixels per inch. This will ensure the best quality print for your product.
-We recommend providing us with the original design files used by your designer, as this will result in the highest quality output. Make any desired changes or approve the mockup to ensure a flawless product.
-Please keep in mind that the quality of your image will directly impact the print quality. If you are unable to provide us with the recommended specifications, we will use the image provided and make efforts to enhance the quality. However, if the print quality is compromised due to an inadequate image, we will not be held responsible. We will inform you if the image is not suitable for printing, and seek your approval before proceeding with production.
